              Skim the text => Predict the Topic: about the role and value of forensic meteorologist to court and insurance.
- Read-> Underline the topic sentences => Review a Skill/p.69  Outlining: Add more detail to the outline
 I.  A sample case: A meteorologist’s question on the credibility of the witness’s testimony.
 II.  What forensic meteorology is: focus on what the weather was like in a particular time in the past.
 III.  Weather records: example of previous weather condition; NY on GW’s inauguration day in 1789.
  IV. The value of an expert: present and interpret data to point out understandable picture/story.
 V. Qualifications: title of Certified Meteorologist by American Meteorological Society (AMS)

- Lis-3 w/Transcript
=> Explain the story of Clive Wearing in 90 seconds.
              => Speak what you would do if your husband/wife got the disease and couldn’t remember anything before seven seconds? Answer the question within 90 seconds.
