☆People in Thailand eat a spicy meat dish called nam tok moo. It is made by mixing grilled pork with lime juice, fish sauce, and lots of herbs and spices. Since nam tok moo has many herbs in it, people think the dish is healthy. It is usually eaten with rice and vegetables.

Nam tok moo is a Thai spicy meat dish which uses many herbs. Because of the ingredients, people think it is a healthy dish.
