Gary said on his radio show, it had been getting colder and colder. He said he had seen many people shopping on Black Friday. Sarah was looking forward to enjoying cross-country skiing. Sarah ran into Jose at the school cafeteria. He said he hadn’t had a very good time during Thanksgiving holiday. Both of them were talking about things after graduating from high school.

Lesson Review Dictation -> Review Japanese to English
Mr. Rowland asked the class if they knew the meaning behind Thanksgiving. According to Sarah’s research, it had begun as a day of giving thanks for the harvest. Some of the students said they wouldn’t celebrate Thanksgiving. Sarah invited Tsutomu to the Thanksgiving dinner. He hesitated to accept the invitation at first, but he decided to be their guest.
